Return Conditions

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• The product must be unused and its original packaging must be unopened.
• The original invoice must be sent with the product.
• Installed or used products are outside the return scope.
• Special order products cannot be returned.

Cancellation Conditions

• You can request cancellation before the order preparation starts.
• Orders that have reached the shipping stage cannot be cancelled; the return process is started.
