RAW CASTING

Casting Capacity Exceeding 1000 Tons per Year

We carry out our raw brass casting processes with two main methods: advanced low-pressure casting and traditional hand casting that requires craftsmanship. The sand cores, vital for creating the flawless inner form of our products, are obtained by blending silica sand with resin and special catalysts in advanced mixers. This mixture is then shaped with millimetric precision in fully automatic core machines.

Precision Machining with More Than 30 Workstations

Following post-casting gate cutting and deburring operations, the raw brass bodies are machined with high precision at our advanced facility. Our machine park hosts fully automatic transfer machines as well as state-of-the-art 3-, 4- and 5-axis horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers. These advanced technology systems perform comprehensive machining operations such as complex turning, milling and drilling with flawless integrity.
