Requirements within the scope of KVKK Article 9 are fulfilled with service providers transferred abroad.

Personal data is collected via website forms, cookies, email, phone and business relations. Data categories: identity (name, national ID), contact (email, phone, address), order/transaction (purchase history, invoices, returns, delivery), financial (payment method; card numbers not stored by Adell), digital traces (IP, cookies, site behavior — subject to consent), communication content.

Legal Basis (KVKK Art. 5):

• Art. 5/1 — Explicit consent: Marketing emails, analytics cookies, behavioral advertising
• Art. 5/2-(a) — Law: Tax and commercial law obligations
• Art. 5/2-(c) — Contract: Order, delivery, return and warranty
• Art. 5/2-(ç) — Legal obligation: Invoicing, accounting, statutory notifications
• Art. 5/2-(f) — Legitimate interest: Customer service and fraud prevention

Retention Periods:

• Order, contract and delivery records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82)
• Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years (Tax Procedure Law Art. 253)
• Customer service correspondence: 3 years
• Marketing consents: Until withdrawn, maximum 3 years
• Analytics cookies: Maximum 2 years; session cookies deleted on browser close

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

• Learning whether your personal data has been processed or not
• Requesting information about it if processed
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
• Knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• Within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law. Requesting deletion or destruction
• Requesting correction and deletion to be notified to the transferred third parties
• Objecting if a result arises against you, especially through automatic systems
• Requesting compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to us through the channels below. Applications will be answered within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Although it is free for up to ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page may apply for responses exceeding ten pages.
