Your Adell products are offered with a comprehensive warranty against material and workmanship defects.

Material and Labor Warranty

Your Adell products are fully covered against malfunctions caused by defects in the materials and workmanship used in production. You reserve the right to free repair or replacement during the legal warranty period within the framework of consumer rights legislation.

Mechanical Parts Warranty

Mechanical components such as cartridge, gasket, seal and internal mechanism are covered under warranty under normal use conditions. For mechanical malfunctions that occur within the warranty period, free spare parts and technical support are provided from our authorized service points.

Surface Coating Assurance

Adell's PVD, chrome, matte and brushed coating options are guaranteed against production-related coating defects. Coating problems caused by chemical damage, improper cleaning or mechanical external factors are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty by Product Category

Within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the following warranty periods apply to Adell products.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product. It is recommended to keep the warranty card and purchase receipt. Warranty periods, T.R. It is implemented based on the minimum periods determined by the Ministry of Commerce.

Repairs Under Warranty

In case of malfunctions within the scope of warranty, no labor or spare parts costs will be charged. For repair or replacement, it is sufficient to deliver your product to the authorized service along with the warranty certificate.

Quick Solution Process

Warranty coverage evaluation is completed within 3 business days at the latest in our authorized services. Approved repairs are completed as soon as possible, depending on spare parts availability.

Situations Outside the Scope of Warranty

The warranty becomes void in the following cases. We recommend that you review our maintenance guide for long-lasting use of your product.

Usage-Related Situations

  • Incorrect installation or installation by unauthorized persons
  • Use contrary to the user manual
  • Misuse of the product
  • Damages caused by physical impact, falling or crushing
  • Damage caused by freezing or excessive pressure
