However, in order to get the best performance and fully protect the warranty conditions, we strongly recommend that the installation be done by an expert plumber or authorized services.

The videos have been prepared by professionals to make it easier for you to visually follow the installation process.

For installation, a frog wrench of appropriate size, teflon tape and an allen set depending on the model are usually sufficient. In the manual that comes with the product box, all the tools required for that model are specified in detail.

Yes. Situations such as leaks resulting from incorrect installation, surface scratches, cracks due to over-tightening or dirt in the installation pipes damaging the battery are considered outside the scope of warranty.

Adell batteries are guaranteed for 10 years against manufacturing and workmanship defects. You can review your warranty document for warranty details of our products with electronic components or special coating.

To apply for warranty, you can take your product to the nearest Adell authorized service along with the warranty certificate and proof of purchase or call our customer services. In case of malfunctions within the scope of warranty, labor and spare parts are covered free of charge. The evaluation process is completed within 3 business days at the latest.

To ensure the long life of your products, only original spare parts should be used. You can obtain spare parts from our authorized service network or directly order the part suitable for your model from the "Spare Parts" category of our website.

Dripping in the closed position is usually caused by a worn gasket or cartridge. If your product is under warranty, you can contact our authorized service. If it is outside the warranty period, the problem can be easily fixed by replacing the original Adell cartridge or gasket. Early intervention saves water and prevents greater damage.

The most common cause of decrease in water flow rate is a calcified aerator. Remove the aerator (water saving element at the end of the battery) and leave it in warm vinegar water for 15-20 minutes, then rinse and reattach it. This process often restores normal flow. If the problem persists, a filter or cartridge check is recommended.

To maintain the shine of our high-quality brass body and special surface coatings like the first day, you should only clean them with a soft damp cotton cloth and white soap. Acidic/chemical substances such as salt spirit, lime remover, bleach and abrasive hard sponges will permanently damage the surface and void the warranty of the product.
