In our advanced temperature-controlled induction furnaces, brass bars are heated uniformly, ensuring consistent quality and flawless structural integrity throughout the pressing process. We offer the flexibility to supply the components we produce fully in line with your technical drawings and specifications — either as a "raw pressed part" or as a "fully machined" product, according to your needs.

MOULD PRODUCTION

Micron-Precision Mould Design and Production

The mould is the foundation and starting point of our production; a quality product is only possible with well-designed moulds. Core, casting and hot-forming moulds are designed with 3D software on computers; steel blocks are then machined to micron tolerances on high-precision CNC machines. The moulds use high-temperature-resistant steels and copper-beryllium alloys; the steel mould is made ready for casting through heat treatment.

TURNING & MACHINING

CNC Turning and Multi-Axis Machining

Forged and cast bodies are machined into precise geometries on CNC lathes and multi-axis machining centres. Our automatic transfer machines and multi-operation single-setup machines ensure dimensional consistency and surface quality in high-volume production. Threading, drilling, milling and turning operations are combined on a single line, shortening cycle times and delivering repeatable quality.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

End-to-End Quality Control with IQC, PQC and FQC

Our professional quality-control team focuses on continuous improvement by examining the finest details of the entire production process; procedures such as visual inspection, acceptance-standard reviews and operator training are applied. Through incoming (IQC), process (PQC) and final (FQC) quality-control stages, the entire process from order to shipment is tracked with an ERP system; potential defects and delays are prevented, and operational steps are accelerated and optimised.
