Call our customer service or email destek@adell.com to submit your return request.

Ship the Product

Prepare the product in its original packaging with the invoice. Send it free of charge with the cargo code provided to you.

Return Conditions

A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
The product must be unused and its original packaging must be unopened.
The original invoice must be sent with the product.
Installed or used products are outside the return scope.
Special order products cannot be returned.

Cancellation Conditions

You can request cancellation before the order preparation starts.
Orders that have reached the shipping stage cannot be cancelled; the return process is started.
