Return and Cancellation Conditions

Return Conditions

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Opening the packaging does not remove your right of withdrawal; the product must not be used beyond normal inspection.
• The invoice or a printout of the e-invoice must be sent with the product.
• Faults that appear after installation or use are handled under warranty and service.
• Special order products cannot be returned.

Cancellation Conditions

• You can request cancellation via info@adell.com before the order is shipped.
• For orders already shipped, the withdrawal and return process applies.
