Return Process
As Adell, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them free of charge by following the steps below.
Step 1 — Create a Return Request
Send an e-mail to our customer service at musterihizmetleri@adell.com. Don't forget to include your order number and reason for return in your e-mail.
Step 2 — Ship the Product
Prepare the product in its original packaging and with the invoice. Send it free of charge with the shipping code sent to you.
Step 3 — Get Your Refund
After the product arrives and is checked, the refund will be made to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions
- Return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused and its original packaging must be unopened.
- The original invoice must be sent with the product.
- Assembled products are not included in the scope of return.
- Special order items cannot be returned.
Cancellation Conditions
- You can request cancellation before the order is prepared.
- Orders that have reached the shipping stage cannot be cancelled; The refund process is started.
Right of Withdrawal
Within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, you can exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery date. For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is your responsibility.
Refund
For approved returns, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Credit card refunds may experience additional delays depending on your bank's processing time.
