Brass Hot Forging

With temperature-controlled induction furnaces, billets are homogenously heated and the forged parts are guaranteed to have sustained quality throughout stabilized forging process. We have upgraded our technology to work with a variety of raw materials, including DZR, low-leaded and lead-free parts of varying sizes and complexities, and modern processes and automation. The departments of forging and machining are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring high efficiency, high precision, and production flexibility. We can offer both forged and machined parts as well as only forged parts by customer design and drawing.
